IrfanView IrfanView is a very fast, small, compact and innovative FREEWARE (for non-commercial use) graphic viewer for Windows 9x/ME/NT/2000/XP/2003/Vista.
 
It is trying to be simple for beginners and powerful for professionals.
 
IrfanView is trying to create new and/or interesting features in its own way, unlike some other graphic viewers, whose whole "creativity" is based on feature cloning, stealing of ideas and whole dialogs from ACDSee and/or IrfanView! (for example: XnView has been stealing/cloning features and whole dialogs from IrfanView, for 7+ years).

How to install IrfanView PlugIns?

2) Click on the PlugIn file (irfanview_plugins_XXX.exe)
3) PlugIns will be installed into IrfanView "PlugIns" directory

Note: A normal IrfanView version includes the following (most important) PlugIns:
          Effects, Paint, Icons, Mpg, Slideshow-EXE and Video.

  1. 8BF_Filters allows IrfanView to load Adobe Photoshop 8BF filters.
  2. B3D allows IrfanView to read BodyPaint 3D files.
  3. CRW allows IrfanView to read Canon CRW/CR2 files. This plugIn requires additional Canon DLLs.
  4. CADImage allows IrfanView to read DXF, DWG, CGM, SVG and HPGL files.
  5. DICOM allows IrfanView to read Dicom formats.
  6. DJVU allows IrfanView to read DJVU format.
  7. EA_FSH allows IrfanView to read and write EA Sports FSH files.

How to install additional toolbar skins for IrfanView 4.00 or later?

  • Download toolbar ZIP file
  • Unzip the downloaded file into your "IrfanView\Toolbars\" folder
  • Start IrfanView and go to "Properties->Toolbars" to change the skin
